Contract:

• All food, beverage and banquet facility room rental provided by Lakeside Reflections are required to have a signed contract.
  
• A deposit of 50% of room rental or $600.00 minimum is required upon confirming the chosen date. This is NON Refundable if you choose to cancel. This is applied to your final invoice."
  
• All catering, equipment rental, entertainers and service charges are to be paid in full fourteen (14) days prior to function.
  

Guarantees:

Please notify Lakeside Reflections fourteen (14) days prior to your event with the exact number of guests that will be attending. We will consider this number to be the guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests actually attend your event.

Taxes:
All food and beverage items are subject to a 6% sales tax, unless a tax exempt certificate is presented fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Food and Beverages May Not Be Brought Into Lakeside Reflections From Outside Source:

Customer acknowledges that the state of Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulates the sale, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Lakeside Reflections, as an Alcoholic Beverage Licensee, is subject to regulations promulgated by the State of Indiana. Patron may not bring alcoholic beverages into Lakeside Reflections facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.

Conduct of Event:

Customer agrees to conduct the event in an orderly manner. Customer assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at the event and for any damage done to any part of Lakeside Reflections premises during anytime the premises are under the control of customer. ALL PATRONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN.

Damage Deposit:

Lakeside Reflections may require a damage deposit of $500.00

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before event date, we will retain your deposit and you will have no further obligation. If cancellation is less than 30 days before the event, you will be responsible for the full room rental. If cancellation is too late to prevent delivery of supplies for food, rental equipment, you will be responsible for those costs. NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Lakeside Reflections:

Will not be liable for failure to perform this agreement or any part thereof as a result of strikes, fires, floods, failure of lights or heat or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
