External Professional Caterers
  • Caters Must Supply Own Serving Dishes, Chafers, Serving Utensils and Heating Oils & Cake cutting Knives (NOTE: there are NO COOKING FACILITIES IN THE MUSEUM)
  • External Caterers must supply their own disposable plates, cutlery, cups & napkins
  • Caterers must clean up their catering stations & guest tables, removing all disposable plates, cups, cutlery & napkins, wipe down tables & take away all of their rubbish.
  • A Damage Deposit of $300 will be paid by client 2 weeks prior to event and held by lakeside Reflections. The BOND will be refunded within 14 business days once venue is inspected and deemed left in the same state it was handed over to client.
  • i.e. Room must be left in the same state it was received otherwise cleaning charges will apply.
  • Lakeside Reflections takes a 15% SURCHARGE of the total catering bill. This must be presented to lakeside Reflections 2 weeks prior to the event along with final balance of rental fee.
