Museum Venue - Rental of Venue Only

Rent the Venue and Bring in your own Licensed Outside Caterer and DJ, or use Lakeside Reflections!

(Prices start at $4,935+tax, licenses & fees for 100 guests, 4 hours)

What's Included in the Museum - Venue Rental Only (No Caterer or DJ)

• Museum venue rental for 4 hours in total (additional time can be purchased if needed)
• Chairs & tables
• Venue supervisor & hostess 
• Black tablecloths and White Chair Covers
• Assorted Glass Votives & Mason Jars & Wooden Center Pieces as seen on display in the Museum for Guest & Buffet Tables 
• Disposable cups for the bar (Drinks purchased at bar prices) 
• 1 Keg of domestic beer and 100 glasses of house wine
• Flexible bar packages offered
• Soft Drinks, Tea & Coffee for 4 hours (100 People) 
• Servers for clean-up (Based on 100 People) 
• Must use DJ from either Lakeside Reflections or the Louisville Wedding Network – Not Included in price
• NOTE: there are NO COOKING FACILITIES IN THE MUSEUM 
• Licensed External Professional Caterers are Only Allowed. Must present proof of insurance.
• Caterers Must Supply their own Serving Dishes, Chafers, Serving Utensils, Heating Oils & Cake Cutting Knives (NOTE: there are NO COOKING FACILITIES IN THE MUSEUM) 
• Caterers must supply their own disposable plates, cups, cutlery & napkins 
• Caterers must clean up their catering stations removing all disposable plates, cups, cutlery & napkins, wipe down tables & take away all of their rubbish. 
• A Damage Deposit of $500 will be paid by client 2 weeks prior to event and held by Lakeside Reflections. The BOND will be refunded within 14 business days once venue is inspected and deemed left in the same state it was handed over to client in. 
• Lakeside Reflections takes a 15% SURCHARGE of the total catering bill of external, professional caterers. The catering bill must be presented to Lakeside Reflections 2 weeks prior to the event along with final balance of rental fee & cleaning bond. 

Items in the Museum rental NOT INCLUDED in the price are the food, DJ & DJ services, chairs for the patio area, Candy station & Photo Booth.

Please note that the Museum is a licensed venue therefore you cannot bring outside alcohol onto the Museum grounds
